​In Month 1, we became the Observers. We mapped our landscapes, identified the "slow leaks," and got radically honest about where our joy was being drained.
​This month, we become the Architects.
​Awareness is only half the battle. To truly reclaim your life, you must learn to build the structures that protect your peace. Most of us were raised to be "Good Girls" and "Reliable Women," which often means we’ve lost the ability to say "No" without a side of guilt. In Month 2, we are designing the boundaries that protect your time, your energy, and your future.

​The Boundary Bank: Walk away with word-for-word scripts to use with bosses, family, and friends—allowing you to be firm without being "mean."
